Benefits Account Manager

HRSP is looking for an experienced, detailed, service-oriented Benefits Account Manager to join their Benefits Account Management Department. This person will work with PEO clients that offer both Master plans and Group plans.

Responsibilities:

• Present renewal proposals to clients and work with them while providing strategic guidance when choosing their benefits package for the next year.
• Schedule and perform open enrollment meetings.
• Facilitate preparation of open enrollment guides and other collateral
• Communicate frequently throughout the year with business owners and main points of contact to build and cultivate positive relationships.
• Work with Benefits Administration Department regularly to ensure clients’ expectations are communicated effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Texas Life & Health License (Required)
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• 2+ years of account management experience preferred.
• Understanding of ACA compliance regulations
• Moderate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
