Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join a team as the Employee Benefits Insurance Department Lead. The Employee Benefits Insurance Department Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing departmental operations, managing a team, and contributing to the growth of a self-funded business segment.

Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $150,000 annually
  • Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the EBAE department, managing a team of four direct reports.
  • Handle a smaller book of business while contributing to the department's overall revenue of approximately $2 million.
  • Drive growth in the self-funded business segment, focusing on accounts with 50-100+ lives.
  • Develop and implement operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in department head meetings.
  • Collaborate with ownership and other department leaders to align strategies and goals.
