JOB TITLE: Benefit Integration Analyst
JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a skilled Benefit Integration Analyst to join a dynamic team within the enrollment services department, specifically using Employee Navigator, a benefit administration and HR software for health insurance brokers and employer groups to manage benefits, onboarding, ACA and more.
The Benefit Integration Analyst will be responsible for benefit administration of employer-groups clients, EDI/API connections, carrier & vendor integration, member enrollment, eligibility management within HRIS system (Employee Navigator, Ease, iSolved, bswift) and customer service.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Thursday in office; Fridays are remote
Pay: $52,000 - $60,000 per year DOE
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258
Type: Direct hire
Start date: Immediately after passing background check

DUTIES
- Provide best-in-class service to manage and retain clients and drive growth.
- Identify appropriate benefits administration system specific to each client's needs. Build and manage system for assigned book of clients.
- Serve as primary contact for the benefits administration system and applicable workflows. Includes accurate and timely eligibility, enrollment, EOI, billing, COBRA, and other benefit changes.
- Provide insurance and benefits administration technical expertise to clients and internal account management and sales team.
- Assist with carrier and vendor related issues. Act as the liaison between carriers and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings regarding benefits administration system and processes.
- With guidance, communicate strategy/value on the benefits administration system and processes.
- Assist in developing employee communications. Includes enrollment procedures, benefit changes, and system clarifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support all clients as needed.
- Set up and maintain data integration files when automation is not available. Enter data timely and accurately per carrier/vendor instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous benefit administration or payroll experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of employee benefits packages and how to attract and retain staff members with them
- Familiarity with common computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with HRIS/Ben-Admin systems preferred (Employee Navigator, Ease, iSolved, bswift, and others)
- Background check required
