Shipper/Receiver

We are New England’s leading commercial/industrial heating contractor and we are growing!  Our organization has been servicing customers for over 70 years mainly in Eastern Massachusetts.  We are currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver who has the enthusiasm and ability to work with our other team members. 

Position requirements are as follows:

• Responsible for receiving, shipping, validating, organizing and tracking all materials and equipment to and from our warehouse
• The position also requires responsibility for inventory control, cleaning and building/grounds maintenance
• Heavy lifting and some outside work are necessary
• Excellent computer skills, ability to work with minimal supervision and being a team player in a professional warehouse environment are required
• A high school diploma is required and 1-3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience in a Shipping or Receiving position
• 1 year minimum experience operating forklifts preferred
• Fork-Lift Certification preferred (we will provide training)
• OSHA 10 preferred (we will provide training)
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, work, excel) required
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, or lift more with two-person assistance
