Position: Digital Solutions & Experience Analyst

Location: Hybrid based in Meredith, NH

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, payable bi-weekly on Fridays

*Pay is negotiable based on level of experience



Digital Solutions & Experience Analyst-1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Solutions and Experience Analyst collaborates across departments to ensure digital services are intuitive and engaging for internal and external users across applications and devices. The incumbent is responsible for facilitating user centered needs discussions, documenting pain points and design ideals, consulting with technical leads, testing prototypes and training end users.

  3. Collaborates with end users on streamlined business processes utilizing a digital first approach.

  1. Timely and accurate completion of work assignments, projects and related functions.
  2. Effective communication with managers and business units providing timely completion of document management related tasks.
  3. Implement solutions to enhance our infrastructure for optimum performance, focusing on reliability, availability and service.
  4. Demonstrate development of collaborative IT partnerships with the ability to effectively respond to changing regulations and emerging technologies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Adheres to the NHMB Values--which consist of Fairness and Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Stewardship.
  2. Work with users to define challenges, research options and design digital experiences that streamline and simplify business processes.
  3. Identifies opportunities for optimization of existing application platforms and necessary and impactful digital changes and communicates those changes to department team.
  4. Create functional specifications, proof of concepts, and designs to improve the user experience.
  5. Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of user experience changes.
  6. Participate in collaborative working meetings to document digital workflows and record efficiencies.
  7. Develop, update and provide ongoing training for users with regard to digital product offerings.
  8. Provide technical support and training for internal customer requests, needs and issues.
  9. Support digital platforms such as electronic signature, Intranet, collaboration and workflow platforms via user administration, training and documentation.
  10. Understanding of web-based application security features including groups, queues, workflows and permission sets.
  11. Provide technical support and training for internal customer requests and issues.
  12. Mentors members of the document management team on new and existing digital products and how they integrate with the document management system.
  13. Assists the document management team to ensure daily workflow is complete and error free.
  14. Satisfactorily completes all required compliance training and complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of this position. Follows department procedures to ensure regulatory compliance of all projects.
  15. Performs other duties as requested.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards with moderate level of noise. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with the freedom of movement on a regular basis with occasional lifting of materials and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.

DESIRED JOB EXPERIENCE

A minimum two years of related technology experiences/exposure and/or training. Some direct experience identifying and understanding customer problems/processes and/or information handling needs in an effort to present new technology solutions taking full advantage of available company platform technologies.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Requires technical coding related experience including Agile Development Methodology and working knowledge of various technologies and software including: MS Office, Visio, Adobe Elements, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python; strong written, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to own and articulate design and workflow decisions. Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Must have the ability to present confidently to diverse groups; prioritize responsibilities and complete work within designated time frames. Comfortable with design and testing of digital applications and services.
