Supervisor, Agency Change Management JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Agency Change Management is responsible for planning and managing all agency platforms including bond. Monitors all agencies change processes as well as functions associated with state and local bond agencies. This to include all agency products and programs. 

Supervisor, Agency Change Management ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

•    Monitors the delivery of agency change management announcements to discuss/evaluate the potential impact to operations.    

•    Oversees and monitors all agency platforms ensuring all changes are documented. Develops and processes for any such changes has been made known to all departments as well as implementing all processes with risk and compliance. 

•    Develops new strategies and support for audits. Gathers and organizes policy information for QC, Auditors, regulators as well and risk and compliance. 

•    Ensures proper product documentation from all mortgage products, both service retained and service released, and current bulletins are approved and implemented through the New Product Subcommittee.

•    Works with internal and external partners to ensure efficiency and compliance are maintained and executes on deliverables, as needed for all products roll out. 

•    Oversees the promotion of and support of existing bond programs ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. 

•    Participates in the department hiring, promotion, and review process while managing, mentoring and improving support staff performance.  Coaches and develops team to ensure we are meeting the needs of the company.  

•    Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department.  Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.

•    Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.  

Supervisor, Agency Change Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability
•    Advanced knowledge in Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Product development, Mortgage Insurers, and Agency Relations.
•    Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending bond practices and financing products. 
•    Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. 
•    Ability to lead cross-functional strategies and initiatives. 
•    Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.

Equivalent Education/Experience
•    Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•    5 years of Mortgage lending operations or product development or Agency Relations
