The Senior Change Lead will drive organizational change management (OCM) activities supporting ODCP across in scope markets, beginning with Mexico. This role partners closely with program leadership, IT, business stakeholders, and teams supporting TPM and REX to ensure effective change planning, readiness, and adoption.
This is a senior, hands on delivery role requiring deep experience in change management and the ability to operate within a complex, matrixed transformation environment.
In this role, you will:
  • Change Management Leadership
    • Lead end to end OCM activities, including stakeholder impact assessment, change strategy, communications alignment, and adoption planning
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
    • Monitor and report on business readiness across markets
    • Partner with program and market leads to track readiness, risks, and adoption progress
    • Support deployment planning and cutover readiness activities
  • Communications & Engagement
    • Define and execute the Communications and Engagement Plan
    • Develop communications and engagement materials tailored to market needs
    • Ensure alignment with related initiatives (e.g., TPM, REX) to create a cohesive experience for stakeholders
  • Learning & Enablement
    • Conduct learning needs assessments
    • Develop limited enablement materials (job aids, quick reference guides, supplemental support content)
    • Align learning and change approaches to ODCP deployment requirements
  • Leadership Support
    • Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk escalations to program leadership
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and decision support

Who You Are:
  • Senior level practitioner with 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
  • Experience supporting large, integrated technology or planning transformations across multiple markets
  • Proven ability to operate independently and lead work within complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort embedding within an existing transformation team
