We are seeking an experienced Change Management Training Lead to support the Change Management Lead for the OMP Program. This role will focus on driving organizational change initiatives by enabling leaders and employees to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating change impacts into effective training strategies, creating engaging learning materials, and supporting organizational readiness efforts. This individual should be highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities-
  • Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives focused on organizational transformation and culture change.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and analyze findings to support change planning and leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership teams to address organizational development, behavioral change, and adoption challenges.
  • Translate change impacts by persona into actionable training strategies and execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain training materials including:
    • Course outlines
    • FAQs
    • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) materials
    • Stakeholder communication decks
    • Overview and engagement presentations
  • Coordinate review and approval cycles for training and communication materials.
  • Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Quickly learn new tools, systems, and business processes to support program objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Training Enablement.
  • Strong experience developing training strategies and learning content for enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with virtual training delivery and learning content creation.
