SALARY: $106,400-$126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: This role is based in St. Louis, Missouri, with 10-20% travel initially, increasing to approximately 40-50% as the program approaches go-live.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As Senior Manager, Change Management, you will own end-to-end change management for the U.S. SAP S/4HANA transformation, Aurora. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Central Aurora Program and local U.S. Aurora Project, Business, and Brewery teams to ensure the workforce is ready, willing, and able to operate in the new CORE solution.
This role is accountable for driving adoption of S/4HANA through structured change management practices grounded in Prosci methodology while minimizing resistance, business disruption, and process deviation. It serves as the people and adoption integrator across Global, Zone, and Country teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the U.S. change management strategy and plan for Aurora, applying Prosci ADKAR methodology to build awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement across impacted user groups.
  • Partner with Global Change Management, Zone PMO, and U.S. business and brewery leaders to align messaging, sequencing, and readiness across sites.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify at-risk groups, process disruptions, and role-level impacts.
  • Track adoption of readiness, resistance signals, and change risks against program milestones, escalating gaps to program leadership with the PMO.
  • Run weekly and Sprint-based Scrum sessions with the Global Change Management and U.S. Project teams to plan, track, and optimize delivery.
  • Support the U.S. Project team and Zone PMO on change management-related updates for Executive governances and SteerCos.
  • Tools & Platforms: SAP S/4HANA & ECC, Excel, PowerPoint, Braze, Azure DevOps.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Own the Communications plan, partnering with U.S. Project and Business teams to develop and deliver targeted messaging to executives, managers, and frontline employees across each program phase via most relevant channels.
  • Build and manage a sponsor and change agent network to reinforce messaging and surface frontline feedback.

Training & Enablement
  • Partner with Global Aurora Change Management and U.S. Project team to build a role-based training curricula, ensuring end users can operate in S/4HANA at go-live.
  • Map training curriculum to job profiles to ensure that the end users are assigned to the right training.
  • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, including training completion, sentiment, and usage or proficiency signals, across sites and business functions.

Ambassador / Super User Program
  • Design a Super User / Change Ambassador program, recruiting and activating local champions to drive peer-level adoption and provide first-line support after go-live.
  • Execute the Ambassadors' journey.

Pre-Go-Live Impact Mitigation
  • Help Aurora Project team and business stakeholders identify, prioritize, and mitigate change-related business continuity risks before go-live, including workforce readiness gaps, role and process disruptions, and site-specific concerns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the Impacts Mitigation workshop.
  • Track and manage the mitigation actions.

Hypercare & Sustainment
  • Lead change management support during hypercare, coordinating with Ambassadors and site leadership to resolve adoption issues and reinforce new ways of working.

Location & Travel Expectations:
  • During U.S. build, testing, and go-live phases, the individual should expect to travel 10-20%, increasing to approximately 40-50% as the program approaches go-live and cutover activities intensify.
  • Travel will include visits to U.S. brewery and business sites to support readiness activities, Ambassador program engagement, and go-live support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be willing and able to travel across U.S. (40-50%) during the implementation phase.
  • Proven experience leading change management for ERP implementations, SAP S/4HANA programs, or large-scale enterprise transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and running Ambassador/Super User networks, training enablement programs, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Strong ability to assess organizational readiness, process changes, and translate findings into actionable mitigation plans.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across executive, management, and frontline audiences.
  • Excellent project management, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt plans in a fast-paced transformation environment.
