About this role
The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Change Management supports transformation change initiatives impacting Supply Chain employees, leaders and stakeholders to successfully adopt new processes, systems, tools, and ways of working as a result of changing ERP and supply chain system implementations, such as Kinaxis, JDE, or Oracle. This role partners with project teams to execute change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, readiness assessments, and adoption monitoring. This position requires flexibility to travel up to 30% to support change management activities across multiple locations and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Change Planning & Execution
    • Support the development and execution of change management plans for business and technology initiatives.
    • Assist with change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
    • Identify potential adoption risks and support mitigation actions.
    • Maintain change management deliverables, schedules, and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement
    • Identify stakeholders impacted by organizational changes.
    • Support stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.
    • Build positive relationships with project teams and business partners.
    • Gather stakeholder feedback and communicate concerns to project leadership.

Communications
    • Develop and distribute change communications across affected business groups.
    • Assist in creating communication materials, presentations, FAQs, and newsletters.
    • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with project objectives.
    • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Training & User Readiness
    • Support development and coordination of training programs and materials.
    • Assist with training logistics, schedules, participant communications, and attendance tracking.
    • Create job aids, quick reference guides, and end-user support documentation.
    • Monitor training completion and readiness metrics.

Adoption & Reinforcement
    • Track user adoption and change effectiveness metrics.
    • Collect feedback from end users and business leaders.
    • Help identify areas requiring additional support or reinforcement.
    • Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Project Support
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, functional leaders, and training partners.
    • Ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans.
    • Prepare status updates and reports for project governance meetings.
    • Support multiple change initiatives simultaneously.

Travel Requirements
    • Travel up to 30% as required to support business transformation initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, training delivery, workshops, and project implementations.
    • Travel may include visits to manufacturing facilities, regional offices, distribution centers, customer locations, and project sites.
    • Participate in on-site readiness assessments, leadership meetings, user training sessions, and change adoption activities.
    • Ability to travel domestically, with occasional international travel as business needs dictate.

Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, SCM, Project Coordination, Communications, Training, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Experience with technical training, technical support, field service, system commissioning, or a related technical role.
    • Project Management and Program Management experience
    • Experience supporting organizational change or business improvement initiatives preferred.
    • Experience working within project teams and cross-functional environments.
    • Systems savvy and/or experience with digital organizations.
    • Exceptional communication skills; able to deliver multiple types of messages to a wide array of stakeholders and adapt communication style to meet the specific needs of the audience and situation including communication to executive leadership, employees, and managers.
    • Communicates and reports on progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership
    • Ability to influence others to concepts and practices related to projects
    • Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills. Strong problem-solving capability.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive fast-faced growth.
    • Change Management Certification or willingness to obtain.
    • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
    • CAPM or PMP certification preferred but not required.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
