We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a large-scale AI-powered HR Service Delivery transformation. This role will drive end-to-end change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption for the implementation of Moveworks as the enterprise AI assistant across HRSD and ITSM.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise HR, ITSM, HRSD, or Employee Experience implementations
  • Strong experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar change methodology
  • Experience driving adoption of AI, self-service, chatbot, conversational AI, or automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience creating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness plans
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Moveworks, Aisera, or similar platforms
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or retail organizations is preferred
