Job Summary:
As a Senior Change Manager, you'll establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and refine and apply The Standard's customized people-centered change management methodology, showing the value change management capabilities can bring to an organization undergoing significant changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Change Managers will define and grow the discipline of change management across the company by:
  • Leveraging the Standard's structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met
  • Collaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship.
  • Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
  • Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office.
  • Acting as a strategic thought partner for leaders and providing guidance when strategizing
  • Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management.

Skills and Background You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.
  • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)
  • Consulting capabilities (preferred)
  • Agile and Lean experience (preferred)
  • Actuary experience (preferred)
  • Industry experience (preferred)

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$109,750.00 - $160,500.00
