About This Role
We are pleased to share an opportunity for a Senior Change Management Practitioner leading a significant transformation within a Supply Chain project for an international and important company in healthcare industry.
Client located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua
Length- 12 Months.
Hybrid up to 4 Days Onsite, potential candidates from any Mexican estate willing to travel and to start immediately.
What You Will Work On
Client's plant located in Juarez, Mexico is going through significant change over the next several years, they are changing their ways of working from a digital, process and behavioral standpoint managing initiatives that are focused on improving operational efficiency by leading manufacturing readiness, lean manufacturing deployment on key product platforms, and equipment reliability/availability.
What You Will Bring
a) At least +10 years of experience leading changing as a Change Manager focused on training and communication.
c) Ability for managing and communicating properly with Union.
d) Proficiency in consolidate the changing culture and behavior adopting the total transformation measures in manufacturing industry (Supply Chain processes).
e) Bilingual English and Spanish for formal communications.
f) Desirable ADKAR or similar Change Management certification.
