Job Title: Senior Change and Communications Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long Term
The Senior Change and Communications Manager needs to be a seasoned practitioner who can create effective change plans to accompany programs, navigate the change curve, write effective communications and tailor plans to drive cultural change.
Responsibilities
* Create a shared vision through communications to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Create change management and communications plans for internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Conduct stakeholder analyses to determine where teams are on the change curve and create influencing strategies
* Lead change management plan execution including securing resources, gaining approvals and creating content
* Determine global/local relevance, coordinate with regional SMEs and translate as needed
* Deliver compelling, tailored content to communicate the message, vision and reason for change
* Define a repeatable change management framework for use on projects including templates and training

Wants rate to be 100-105 an hour

Skills: Change Management, perfect communication skills, knowledge of training would be helpful
* Experience in leading significant, large-scale process, and/or system change. Proven track record at driving adoption and partnerships with stakeholders to ensure change is successful
* Highly skilled at articulating concepts and complex information in a concise manner through presentations, written communication, and various channels
* Poised executive presence with succinct presentation / facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives
* Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Demonstrated writing ability that is engaging, organized and simple to follow
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, including ability to illustrate concepts visually
* Proactively identify and advise on communication best practices
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong project management skills
* Experience working effectively across various functions, levels in the organization, and regions
* Organized and able to prioritize
* Pro-active & able to work independently
* Enthusiastic and a passion to learn and develop
* Ability to travel internationally
* Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
