We are looking for a people leader who owns outcomes, not just execution.

  • Unify two separate project management groups into a single cohesive team
  • Set the standard for execution, communication, and ownership across all projects

  • Establish clear expectations for scope definition, handoffs, and execution
  • Create consistency in how projects are launched, managed, and completed across multiple product lines
  • Continuously refine processes based on performance, client feedback, and scale
  • Improve coordination across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Field teams
  • Create clarity in roles, responsibilities, and communication across projects
  • Use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Hold teams accountable across functions, not just within direct reports

Own Sales → Delivery Alignment (Core Focus)

  • Define and enforce clear handoff standards between Sales and Project Delivery
  • Improve deal quality by ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are fully aligned before execution
  • Identify and resolve breakdowns in scope, communication, and ownership
  • Act as the escalation point and drive resolution

Lead the Client Experience

  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for client delivery experience
  • Build trust with clients through proactive communication and consistent execution
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments including owners, operators, architects, and partners
  • Ensure issues are addressed early and resolved in a way that protects long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven operator with experience leading complex project delivery in construction, manufacturing, or design-build environments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning project-level margins and cost control
  • Experienced project manager with proven success managing complex projects from end to end.
  • Experience bridging Sales and Delivery to improve execution and outcomes for clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement scalable solutions
  • Comfortable in ambiguity while creating structure and accountability
  • Direct communicator with high-standards and a team-first mind set

Why This Role Matters

This role defines how Gallery delivers for its clients.

It directly impacts margin, client satisfaction, and our ability to scale. Success in this role will establish the operating system that connects Sales, Engineering, and Production, and will play a critical role in building Gallery into a more predictable, scalable business.

Requirements

  • 4-days in office, at our HQ located in Denver, Colorado
  • 7+ years in project management, operations, or similar leadership roles
  • 7+ years leading teams
  • Experience in cross-functional environments (Sales, Engineering, Production)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and operational discipline

Why Join Us?

Gallery is not just about work; it's about creating a vibrant, engaging, and fun workplace. Here’s what makes us stand out:

  • Engaging Team Building Activities: Regular events that bring our team closer and foster collaboration.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Join our Catalysts for Culture group and contribute to our vibrant company culture.
  • Company Events: Enjoy our annual company picnic and festive holiday party.
  • Well-Stocked Break Room: Snacks, nitro cold brew, fresh kombucha and more to keep you energized throughout the day.

Benefits:

  • Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package including:
  • 401(k) matching up to 6%
  • Dental Insurance
  • Health Insurance: Including health savings and flexible spending accounts.
  • Vision Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Time Off
  • Professional Development Assistance Opportunities
  • Ability to travel and explore new places

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location: HQ in Denver, Colorado

Job Status: Full Time, 4-days in-office
