Project Manager (Manufacturing & Aftermarket Projects)

Summary:

Manage multiple manufacturing and aftermarket projects from post-sale through delivery. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 10–60+ concurrent projects from order to completion.
  • Track schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables using MS Project or similar tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Resolve project and customer issues to minimize delays.
  • Maintain project documentation and use ERP systems to track project and production data.
  • PM II: Lead complex customer-facing projects and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related).
  • 1–2+ years of project management, project coordination, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Gantt charts, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Manufacturing, OEM, or aftermarket experience.
  • Experience with SAP, Jira, Smartsheet, or ERP systems.
  • Client-facing project experience and ability to work cross-functionally.

Work Environment

  • Onsite, fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to production operations.
  • Structured training program with growth opportunities into larger, more complex projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
