Qualifications: -Meeting presentation and facilitation skills-Professional written and verbal communication-Attention to detail-Microsoft Project-Microsoft Office Suite-Maximo Application Suite (preferred)Knowledge:-Project Management practices based on PMI-Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project-Supply Chain Experience (preferred)-Maximo Software (preferred) Responsibilities: Performs project management activities supporting multiple simultaneous projects following established CSU Technology Project Management processes and practices Collaborates with project sponsor and operating departments to identify project objectives, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables Leads project team by assembling appropriate technical and business personnel, assigning roles and responsibilities, builds and facilitates team cohesion Develops project artifacts, to include but not limited to; requirements documentation, scope statements, project charters, project plans, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules, status reports, project closure documents, lessons learned documentation Tracks, monitors, analyzes and reports projects' costs, schedule and scope status Drives timely project activities, as well as efficient and cost-effective use of time, materials and resources Identifies, tracks, assesses, communicates and resolves critical issues and potential risks to meet project objectives/deliverables Prepares formal and informal project communications Ensures projects are executed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and codes and with company policies, procedures and standards.
