Job description

Orchestrate the Future of Positioning as our next Technical Project Manager!

You will be the tactical heartbeat of our Civil Construction Field Solutions, bridging the gap between high-level engineering and global commercial success. As a Technical Project Manager, you will transform complex technical roadmaps into seamless product launches, ensuring every department from Cybersecurity to Sales is synchronized and ready for the world stage.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will act as the "Tactical Integrator" for our next-generation positioning solutions, directly owning the cross-functional execution of the Trimble T5 process. You are the central hub connecting Engineering to the broader business, ensuring that innovative hardware and software reach the hands of our customers with 100% operational readiness.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end facilitation of the Trimble T5 and Learning Cycles frameworks, ensuring every project gate is audit-ready and proactive.

Act as the primary global liaison, aligning Engineering with Marketing, Sales, Cybersecurity, and Finance to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy.

Drive predictive risk management by maintaining "living" Risk Registers and DFMEAs to clear the critical path months before production.

Serve as a Scrum Master for hybrid hardware/software teams, fostering high-performance through radical accountability and streamlined workflows.

Partner with leadership to pilot AI-driven project management tools, automating administrative tasks to focus on high-impact executive decision-making.

Essential Skills & Experience

3-5 years of project management experience within a complex hardware/software environment.

Proven mastery in navigating formal Stage-Gate (NPI) processes and the ability to drive project "ceremonies" with precision.

Systems expertise with high proficiency in Jira, SmartSheet, and Google Suite to maintain a single source of truth.

Assertive communication skills with the ability to hold senior stakeholders and technical leads accountable to deadlines.

Bonus Points For

Technical literacy regarding GNSS, IMUs, or embedded systems.

Experience with cybersecurity compliance standards in hardware/software development.

Operational curiosity regarding global distribution, pricing structures, and manufacturing constraints.
