Great client in the Columbia - Irmo area looking to hire an Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a self starter that can operate independently, as well as on a team, meeting deadlines and multi tasking.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing calls
- Assisting any visitors
- Assisting with inventory
- Support to multiple departments
- Maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, while establishing priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with a high level of integrity
