• Comfortable with Roof Inspections: You’ll be inspecting roofs, so being at ease with climbing ladders and assessing damage is essential.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Client-Focused Approach: You’ll guide homeowners through the claims process, meeting with insurance adjusters and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation: You’ll need these to get around and meet clients.

Responsibilities:

As an Outside Roofing and Solar Consultant, you’ll:

• Conduct roof inspections to identify storm damage in affected neighborhoods.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners.
• Facilitate the claims process from start to finish.
• Represent the Simon Bros. brand positively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with the potential to earn between $56,000 and $100,000+ annually.
