Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Parts department operations, ensuring all aspects of the Parts Department are handling correctly and accordingly.
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure the parts needed for repairs are available as needed.
• Manage inventory and resources to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle core returns & warranty parts returns, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Work closely with the management team to drive the department's success and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dealership parts management or similar role.
• CDJR experience a PLUS!
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive parts & inventory management.
• Dealertrack DMS experience a PLUS!
• A commitment to upholding high standards of service and integrity.
