IT Pitstop Technical Support Specialist

Salary is $50k-$65k, with a $3k signing bonus

Cobaltix is looking for a self-driven technology-focused individual to be part of our Walk-Up Technical Support Station (IT Pitstop) in Buffalo, NY. This person will be a part of a friendly and welcoming environment where customers can receive immediate help and guidance from our knowledgeable technical experts. This is a full-time position with incredible benefits. This position is on-site Monday-Friday in Buffalo.

We are looking for experienced engineers who can think on their feet, troubleshoot basic desktop issues, who have general 365 skills and Windows skills, and who can generally solve IT problems. IT Pitstop Support covers a wide range of devices and software, including laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, conference room technology (audio, video, connectivity), productivity suites, generally 365. Our experts are well-versed in various platforms and can provide assistance tailored to the user’s specific needs.

The specific skills we are looking for include troubleshooting with:

· Windows 10/11

· Office suite products

· 365/Exchange user administration

· Hardware diagnosis

· WiFi (we look for skills, we will train on platform)
