Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Blount County, TN automotive parts company for an Accounting Assistant.
Day shift, MON-FRI | 7A-3:30P
Paying: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor high-volume emails through multiple email distribution groups for action items (200+ Daily)
- Collect receiving documentation from various warehouses and follow up on missing data.
- Print and match all inventory invoicing to receiving documentation and purchase orders/vouchers and verify proper signatures/initials obtained.
- Process high volume accounts payables and obtain the required approvals according to company authorization rules and operating procedure guidelines.
- Audit reports, batches, scanning
- Validate supplier invoices
- High-volume Data entry
- Confirming statements from suppliers
- Confirming freight bills
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Office Suite and able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
