Job Description
This candidate must be energetic, resourceful, highly motivated and has the ability to be creative in thinking outside the box. He or she will assist participants who are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, with exploring job sites and discovering vocational interests that align with their desires, abilities and skills. The Career Support Staff must be compassionate, has emotional intelligence, integrity and has the willingness to learn and work with a diverse population. Exceptionally strong people skills, interviewing skills and is able to manage time effectively, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
