Job description

The McCarthy Companies is excited to announce an opening for a Creative Project Manager in our award-winning, dynamic Creative Department – where you can grow your skills and career in directions many larger firms cannot provide.

The Creative Team conceives, develops, and produces the art and messaging needed to drive our clients’ business forward and stand out in a crowded automotive marketplace. Our Graphic Designers, Motion Graphics Artists, Writers, Editors, and Producers work together to execute ideas that elevate our client brands and reinforce our retail strategies in markets across the country. Leading the charge on everything from innovative video shoots to the 50+ video executions and over 700 digital and print ad projects completed each month for our clients, the Creative Team works to realize the dreams of our Account Services and Media departments – and to exceed expectations on anything our clients can imagine.

The Scope of the Creative Project Manager position includes (but is not limited to):

o Manages the scheduling of a creative project from inception to completion. Projects include digital assets and video ads.

o Coordinates scheduling of projects with Creative staff.

o Updates Project Management program to reflect accurate production dates.

o Reviews content provided by Account Services, ensures it is comprehensive and complete to allow for scheduling with Creative Staff.

o Liaison between Account Services team and Creative Department. Will work with both to change schedule when needed based on workload, priorities and client requests.

o Knowledge of Merchandise

Able to manage a high volume of projects, and daily scheduling of graphic designers and motion graphic artists.
