Click Rain is a people-centered digital agency headquartered in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We provide web solutions and digital marketing strategies that make a difference in the world. Our team has been focused on digital-first marketing since our inception in 2008, continuously evolving as technology advances, but always prioritizing the well-being of people along the way.

About This Role

The Director of Creative leads the vision, performance, and growth of Click Rain’s creative department. This role provides strategic leadership across all core creative disciplines, ensuring work is conceptually strong, effectively executed, and aligned with company and client goals.

The person in this role works closely with the leadership team to shape the creative discipline at Click Rain — strengthening processes, developing talent, and ensuring our work continues to meet and exceed the needs of a fast-moving digital landscape.

This role is ideal for a proven creative leader who can inspire teams, earn client trust, and turn strong strategy into compelling ideas across websites, campaigns, and digital channels.

We welcome candidates from a variety of creative backgrounds, including design, writing, strategy, or campaign leadership.

  • Foster collaboration and creativity across the agency
  • Collaborate with sister agency, Lemonly, on key services, including video and branding.
  • Help shape messaging, storytelling, and campaign direction for client work
  • Provide creative leadership across websites, paid campaigns, and content initiatives
  • Ensure work across channels such as social, CTV, display, streaming audio, email, blogs, and web is strategic, cohesive, and high quality
  • Present creative ideas with confidence and clarity to clients and internal teams
