Job description

Summary
You will be responsible for coordinating with the Creative Director, account services, and other 
internal resources to develop, execute, and lead creative solutions for a high-profile client. As a Creative Supervisor you will direct the activities of subordinates to maintain agency's standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability while achieving the client's goals.

Primary Responsibilities
• Works with Creative Director, Art Directors/Copywriters, Account Teams and client to 
develop concepts for client programs, proposals, presentations, and other creative assignments. 
• Manages the strategy for a core client and its projects. Uses critical thinking and 
problem-solving skills to analyze problems and plan for solutions.
• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each deliverable.
• Leads meetings with clients to establish creative direction and obtain approval on 
objectives.
• Contributes hands-on to the project from concept through design and execution, 
effectively managing daily workload, projects, and deadlines.
• Expert in communicating both internally and externally (clients, vendors, community). 
Presents information clearly, leveraging communication strengths and an awareness of 
blind spots.
• Coaches and develops team members to ensure effective internal and external 
relationships.
• Has a strong understanding of the department’s discipline. Coaches and mentors the 
team through change management. Acts as an external agency ambassador by 
attending department industry specific business community events.
• Expert understanding of the assigned responsibilities. Directs the activities of 
subordinates to maintain agency's standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and 
profitability while achieving the client's goals. Can identify opportunities for cross-sell, 
efficiencies, or relationship building across departments.
• Identifies efficiencies that may support assigned responsibilities. Is a change agent for 
new tools. Understands and uses Agency related tools and technology.
• Demonstrates passion for making a difference internally, for the client, and the 
community. Has a team first mentality, going above and beyond the role to make a 
difference. Proactively looks for ways to help the team succeed. Is accountable for the 
team’s deliverables, and is actively engaged in the constant evolution of the agency.
Skills and Abilities
• Exemplary level of design and visual communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate and persuasively sell creative 
concepts within the agency and directly to clients
• Superior knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously while maintaining 
attention to detail
• A high level of skill in written English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation


Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Visual Communications, Marketing Communications 
or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative field
