We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing internal process improvements through automation integration across all departments within RCM. The Organizational Development Manager will also assist with the formulation and implementation of major goals and initiatives taken on by Senior Management, based on consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal and external environments in which the organization operates.
Organizational Development Manager is expected to perform position related duties, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and assist with design and implementation of RCM process improvements and automation initiatives, including best practices for Phygen and Availity, as well as develop quality control measures and reporting.
- Serves as a liaison between PAA and designated vendor to provide historical guidance and oversight to ensure proper implementation.
- Responsible for development of training documentation of new systems, processes, as well as changes/updates to ensure that all staff is adequately trained to maintain efficiency levels.
- Works with all department heads to develop and implement specific KPI’s and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Also, will perform annual reviews of these policies to ensure that they continue to align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Performs all new hire training: Creating a standardize new hire training module that includes system training and other job-related trainings before new hires are transferred to specific teams. Also, the retraining of existing staff when required.
- Develops “in service” trainings quarterly based on the determined needs discovered through communications with department heads. Keeps documentation of all trainings provided to help provide accountability for all team members.
- Develops presentations and management reports as needed.
- Participates in ongoing planning and strategic meetings with Senior Management as needed/required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, process improvement, and automation integration
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
