We're seeking an experienced Organizational Development Partner to strategically support our rapidly scaling teams in the US.

You'll drive the design, implementation, and execution of OD programs and processes that elevate leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and employee engagement. Partnering closely with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure alignment of our people strategies with business priorities. Your work will directly contribute to Cyera's mission of creating a scalable, innovative, and high-performing culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational Development & Design: Develop and implement processes that support rapid growth and scalability. Team & Leadership Development: Design, deliver, and facilitate programs focused on leadership excellence, effective management practices, and team building. Performance & Talent Management: Drive and improve performance management processes, talent mapping, succession planning, and career development frameworks.

Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and employee adoption. Engagement & Culture: Leverage employee engagement survey insights to drive organizational improvements and foster a culture aligned with Cyera's values. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and functional leaders to proactively address organizational and team effectiveness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must-Haves: At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, or related roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong expertise in leadership development, change management, and performance management. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective, scalable OD programs and processes.

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Ability to think strategically, manage projects effectively, and adapt to evolving organizational needs. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Organizational Psychology or related fields.

Nice-to-Haves: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field. Experience in technology or cybersecurity industries. COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The compensation for this role is $120,000-150,000 USD annually.

This range reflects our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including experience, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
