Primary Purpose of Position
The Organizational Consultant (Journey) is an independent professional contributor responsible for delivering, designing, and supporting learning and development solutions using established methods and frameworks. The role emphasizes reliable execution, applied instructional design, and professional service delivery.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
CLOE is responsible for developing the university's leadership talent and providing learning workshops to enhance staff and faculty's professional capabilities. CLOE also provides consulting support to colleges and functions within the following areas: organizational design, team effectiveness, strategic planning, and culture enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in:
  • Training delivery and facilitation
  • Instructional design using adult learning principles
  • Development or customization of learning content
  • Partnering with internal clients to address defined learning needs
  • Certification in a variety of psychometric and 360 assessments (MBTI, Strong, Hogan, Strengths)

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Masters degree, in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
