Organizational Development Consultant - Human Resources

The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant is a business partner who works closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, and other organizational stakeholders to support OD priorities and functional initiatives. Working with their clients, the OD Consultant designs and delivers processes to support organizational, team, and individual performance, employee experience and listening, culture, team development,talent planningand or change management initiatives. The OD Consultant independently provides expert guidance for owned projects.

This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

PreferredCriteria

  • Master's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, or related field
  • Prosci certified, Clifton Strengths Certified
  • Experience in talent and succession management, organizational development, change management, and consulting

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
