Talent Development Leader / Talent Partner
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + Benefits
About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing organization specializing in housing solutions for professional sports teams, with a strong focus on Minor League Baseball players and operations. As the company continues expanding across multiple markets, they are also growing into additional sports sectors including basketball and soccer, while launching a future hotel management division.
With multiple active and upcoming properties in Scottsdale, AZ, our client is seeking a hands-on Talent Development Leader / Talent Partner to support recruiting, employee development, onboarding, and operational HR initiatives across the organization.
Position Overview
The Talent Development Leader/ Recruiter will play a key role in helping the company scale its operations and workforce across multiple business divisions. This position will lead recruiting initiatives while also supporting employee training, career development, onboarding/offboarding, and HR-related programs.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building processes, partnering with operations leadership, and creating strong employee experiences.
This is a fully onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across the organization
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions including:
    • Maintenance Technicians
    • Housekeeping Staff
    • Front Desk / Operations Personnel
    • Property Support Staff
    • Seasonal construction-related positions
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support company growth and future expansion
  • Partner closely with leadership and General Managers on workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Training & Employee Development
  • Lead company onboarding and training initiatives
  • Update and refine onboarding programs to improve employee integration and readiness
  • Coordinate department-specific training to ensure teams are equipped to perform at a high level
  • Implement and manage company-wide training initiatives including compliance and cybersecurity training
  • Support career development planning and growth opportunities for employees
HR & Operational Support
  • Assist with employee reviews, performance management processes, and evaluation systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Help oversee and improve HR systems, programs, and operational processes
  • Provide support to Operations teams during peak business periods as needed
  • Assist with special projects and additional initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development experience
  • Experience recruiting high-volume hourly or operations-focused positions preferred
  • Hospitality, property management, hotel, construction, or operations industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee development, or HR programs preferred
  • Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach
Schedule
  • Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Monday through Friday during normal business hours
  • Schedule subject to change based on business needs
