Participants typically rotate through different HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development, gaining broad experience and developing key leadership skills. These programs often include mentorship, formal training, and networking opportunities, enabling participants to build a strong foundation for a successful HR career. HRLDPs are commonly offered by large organizations seeking to develop future HR leaders from within.
