Job description

What you will do
Learning Strategy & Design:
  • Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design and develop a wide range of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, blended learning programs, workshops, simulations, and other innovative approaches.
  • Research latest innovations to optimize learning, including micro-learning, social learning, on-demand platforms, AI, and project-based formats.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:
  • Align learning with adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences in the areas of organizational change, soft skills, and leadership development, both in-person and virtually.

Performance Consulting:
  • Consult with business stakeholders and HR partners to diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend targeted learning solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with members of Global Learning Community for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.

Program Management, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex L&D projects, ensuring successful implementation and on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by leading and implementing appropriate measurement and analytics tools to monitor learning effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously challenge the status quo to ensure ongoing enhancements to existing programs and ways of working.

Learning Technology & Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, bringing best practices in-house.
  • Partner with Workday SMEs to evaluate and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience and drive innovation.

What you bring
  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a global or multinational company ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site, matrixed environment, in a Learning and Development role
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, performance consulting, and program evaluation
  • Strong background in strategic (as well as tactical/operational) leadership and business content skill development
  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global / matrixed organization
  • Exceptional facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with the administration of a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution
  • Expertise with learning development software and tools. E.g. Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond
  • Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets in working with data to identify trends and provide data to stakeholders in an easily consumable format

What could set you apart
  • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience as an administrator / content manager of Workday Learning
