Small, well established manufacturing company seeks seasoned Bookkeeper to assume all bookkeeping responsibilities as well as act as Office Manager. The position is full time Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent position with the company that will provide full benefits after a 30 day probationary period. The starting pay is up to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The ideal applicant will have experience handling all aspects of accounting/bookkeeping. Individuals with experience working for a manufacturer or other industrial supply company are encouraged to apply. You must be friendly, easy going and a team player who works well with a diverse office staff.
The Bookkeeper is responsible for basic accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, posting transactions in the company billing system and invoicing clients. Assist with inventory management, review purchase orders, etc. Manage annual budget forecasting, quarterly reporting with outside CPA and some payroll duties. Office management duties consist of supporting department managers; ordering office supplies, approving expenses, and similar tasks.
