Banner Health is seeking an experienced Copier/MFP Printer Technician; Responsible for managing entire Printer fleet. Perform full range of on-site maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance on company owned Konica Minolta devices to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and helping customers on the phone. Applicant must possess some knowledge of network printing and troubleshooting. Must be able to disassemble, clean, replace, reassemble, test and adjust. Must possess electrical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Maintain tool kit supplies, and accurate inventory for assigned territory.

This position serves as an entry level position which assists with technical support for copiers, printers, MFPs, and other computer device hardware. Under close supervision incumbents apply lessons learned by assisting in equipment installation, service repair and preventative maintenance in accordance with standard guidelines and procedures.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assists staff with the installation of new or relocated copiers, printers, multifunction devices and other computer device hardware, following standard departmental procedures and standards.
2. Follows standard procedures to perform preventative maintenance on fleet devices. Documents all actions, places appropriate parts/supply orders.
3. Follows standard procedures to perform basic troubleshooting activities. Documents all actions using tracking management systems. Keeps customers informed through problem resolution.
4. Assists with moves, adds, changes, and repairs of hardware equipment.
5. Assists with hardware inventory, parts/supplies inventory and hardware needs for the facility/location. Maintains an accurate car stock inventory. Assists with ensuring appropriate levels of equipment are maintained.
6. This position provides technical support to all levels of staff and leadership at designated work location(s), following established guidelines and procedures.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Banner Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess knowledge as typically obtained through the completion of an associate’s degree in electronics, computer technology or related field.
Knowledge of copiers, multifunction devices, printers, peripheral devices, laptops, desktops and other related equipment operations, diagnostics and repairs. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Requires excellent customer service skills to interact with all levels within the organization. As is typical in this industry, variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
General knowledge of information technology and healthcare is desirable. CompTIA A+ certification desired. General knowledge of the use of test instruments and hand tools.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
