IDR is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for a role based in Brentwood, Tennessee. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in software development within a collaborative and innovative environment. The company specializes in cutting-edge AI initiatives and is committed to fostering a learning-oriented atmosphere.
Position Overview for the Associate Software Engineer:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications focused on AI technologies
  • Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless project execution
  • Engage in researching new solutions and proactively contribute to a dynamic learning environment
  • Support ongoing product development efforts and provide technical solutions
  • Participate in onsite interviews and work onsite five days a week in Brentwood, Tennessee
Requirements for the Associate Software Engineer:
