Job Description

A HYBRID Remote Inside Sales Representative job in Orange County, CA, is available through Acara Solutions.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of Inside Sales experience. In this role, successful candidates will be

skilled in telephone selling to meet and exceed sales goals. Candidates must be able to achieve targeted sales goals

relative to a given target, conduct probing conversations and telemarketing actions, and use CRM, capture leads, and

collaborate with local Sales teams. The pay range for this role is $24.00- 26.00 p/hour + BONUSES AND SPIFFS.

Insides Sales Representative job responsibilities include:

Telephone selling to meet and exceed sales goals within our low-tiered customers.
Harvesting, contacting and qualifying leads to determine sales opportunities
Insuring a proper qualification of incoming leads for the outside sales team
Conducting VOC surveys and participating in promotional activities

BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience
2+ years sales, lead generation, or call center experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems (i.e., Dynamics)
Fluent in English; a second language is a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to comprehend and verbalize highly technical information related to products and services
Able to shift with various call scripts
Great Customer service skills with diverse consumers

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience
2+ years sales, lead generation, or call center experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hours 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon - Fri)
This role is HYBRID Remote and you must reside in or near Orange County, CA
Other tasks may be assigned
Bonuses up to $20 K and SPIF's available
Background/Drug Screenings are required
