Hybrid Inside / Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary

Alliance Fleet is seeking a results-driven Hybrid Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base in the Rochester region. This role blends inside sales (phone, email, CRM outreach) with outside sales (on-site visits, relationship building, and account management). You will play a key role in driving revenue by developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales (50%):
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new leads
Follow up on inbound inquiries, quotes, and open estimates
Manage CRM pipeline daily
Prepare proposals and pricing quotes
Coordinate with operations for service delivery
Outside Sales (50%):
Visit customer locations and build relationships
Prospect new business through networking and cold visits
Conduct on-site fleet evaluations
Attend industry events and networking functions
Maintain strong market presence in Rochester


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
    Proven track record of meeting sales targets
    Strong communication and negotiation skills
    Self-motivated and organized
    CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
    Valid drivers license
