Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 37 sales representatives.
  • Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program, including classroom, field, and hands-on development.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and support new team members.
  • Implement and manage systems and processes that promote team success and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching and performance development for team members.
  • Participate in weekly leadership and management development meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing business clients while identifying opportunities to grow new accounts.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support regarding their employee benefits.
  • Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately and on time.
