Job description

Are you passionate about fitness, motivating others, and creating an incredible member experience? F45 Training Anthem is looking for an energetic, reliable, and outgoing Personal Trainer to join our growing team.

As an F45 Coach, you'll lead high-energy functional training classes, build relationships with members, and help create a positive, results-driven community. You'll do more than coach workouts—you'll inspire people to become the best version of themselves while helping grow one of the top-performing F45 studios.

What You'll Do

  • Coach engaging, safe, and motivating F45 group training classes.
  • Learn members' names, goals, and fitness levels to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise technique and modify movements as needed.
  • Complete new member profile sheets and goal-setting consultations.
  • Conduct studio tours and help convert trial members into long-term members using our proven sales process.
  • Arrive early to prepare for classes and ensure the studio is clean and organized.
  • Assist with member retention by building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Support studio events, challenges, and community outreach.

What We're Looking For

  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for coaching and helping others succeed.
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • $25 per class coached
  • $20/hour for approved administrative work
