Job Description:

Administrative assistant and office manager role that supports a multi-disciplinary product development and service team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls.
  • Plan meetings, lunches, and customer visits.
  • Generate emails, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
  • Handle domestic and international shipping of packages and pallets.
  • Assist with hotel and travel arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Maintain and manage office equipment and facility services.
  • Manage incoming invoices for approval.
  • Other office and facility duties as requested.

  • Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the Technology Center, with standard business week work hours.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, including all levels of coworkers and vendors.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the Technology Center team, Cardinal, and other company relationships.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Experience

  • 3+ years of administrative experience is required.  
  • Experience with phone and email communication.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Technologically savvy - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

  • Salary paid every two weeks.
