Job Description:
Administrative assistant and office manager role that supports a multi-disciplinary product development and service team.

Job Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls.
- Plan meetings, lunches, and customer visits.
- Generate emails, reports, presentations, etc.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
- Handle domestic and international shipping of packages and pallets.
- Assist with hotel and travel arrangements for employees and guests.
- Maintain and manage office equipment and facility services.
- Manage incoming invoices for approval.
- Other office and facility duties as requested.

- Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the Technology Center, with standard business week work hours.
- Ability to work as part of a team, including all levels of coworkers and vendors.
- Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the Technology Center team, Cardinal, and other company relationships.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Experience with phone and email communication.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
- Technologically savvy - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

- Salary paid every two weeks.
