DATA ANALYST, DIGITAL MARKETING

The Digital Marketing Analyst is very data-driven will be responsible for analyzing data across multiple digital properties, Web, App, Paid Social, Customer Data & CRM to identify trends, analyze and offer actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (web, paid media, email, and Streaming app), both quantitative and qualitative
• Web Performance & optimization opportunities (i.e., Trend Analysis related to traffic, SEO, conversion, engagement, and site health)
• Analyze/assess the impact of our paid media KPI’s
• Analyze the performance of various digital acquisition campaigns that drive conversions
• Develop dashboards and visualizations, proactively identify trends, and effectively communicate findings and analytics insights to key stakeholders.
• Highlighting customer journey mapping, pathing, and identify areas for improvement
• Make actionable recommendations - deliver actionable insights to measure impact of digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure ongoing implementation of UTM, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook & other social media pixels
• Be a Marketing Analytics Expert - Stay on top of industry best practices, data privacy policies, Ai, and other innovative data tools to recommend new strategies to improve our marketing approach.

• Experience working with digital media channels; paid social and search analytics
• Proficient in Google analytics– UA, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Etc.
• UI / UX experience & A/B testing
• Hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau or similar BI tool strongly preferred
• Highly proficient in analysis and reporting — ability to quickly digest large amounts of data, perform analysis, and identify trends to support business decisions.
• At least 3 years' experience working on analytical projects.
• Growth minded – able to look use analytics to open new opportunities
• Effective at using the data to tell the story
• Nice to have knowledge of HubSpot
• Experience in entertainment and media and/or non-profit a plus
