Warehouse Coordinator
- Full-Time
Purchaser /Warehouse Coordinator will be expected to help lead. You will be expected to show a high level of attention to details across all areas of your work within the business.
You will work as part of our Accounting & Administrative team to manage the operational activities of the business through your work in the warehouse.
The job will require extensive use of our software system, maintaining inventory level. As well working with project managers to coordinate job site material deliveries and clean up.
General Responsibilities Include:
Warehouse organization
· Warehouse is organized and cleaned according to company layout.
Inventory Control/Reporting
· Keen understanding and use of inventory control system
· Annual Inventory
· Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Track Company-Owned tools and equipment as they are utilized
· Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
Database Maintenance
· Keeping all purchasing contacts up to date in internal database
· Keeping all price lists up to date in internal database
· Building of items into database (parts and equipment)
· Maintain shipping account information in database
Procurement
· Setting Parts/Materials minimum/reorder levels
· Ensure that commonly used parts and materials are available consistently reducing the need for last-minute trips or expedited shipping to gather materials.
· Ensure that staff is prepared with materials for varying job sites
· Warehouse Supply Purchasing: Ensure that all items needed for the warehouse are in stock and ready for use.
Receiving / Staging / Shipping of materials
· Merchandise purchased through vendors for projects/service calls in database.
· Management of returns and repairs to manufacturers (RMAs)
· Work with Project Manager to forecast, plan and coordinate the movement of Inventory for Projects and Service Calls
· Shipping of Products through inventory workflow for projects and service calls
· Shipping of RMA merchandise back to vendors
Liaising with staff, suppliers and transport companies
· Ability to communicate inventory status for upcoming jobs from information in internal company database.
· Attendance to Weekly Project Review Meetings to communicate status of inventory and needs
· Contact with vendors to keep up to date on status of shipment, and tracking information
· Work with PM/Sales with any questions regarding inventory purchasing/returning/Change orders, etc.
· Briefing team members on a daily basis

· Ability to quickly learn new duties
· Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs without assistance
· Ability to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity in the warehouse.
