About the Role:

The Enterprise Sales Manager will oversee all North American outbound sales efforts. This role is responsible for driving quality activity and achieving results while overseeing daily operations of the outbound sales team. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be establishing a sales strategy, the effective implementation of all sales related activities and empowering leadership of the sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Deep understanding of outbound and enterprise sales methodologies
  • Design and execute outbound sales campaigns
  • Demonstrated technical acumen to secure meetings
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
  • Assist in budgeting and projections
  • Accurately forecast sales numbers and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools and forecasting with team
  • Continuously look for ways to improve win rates
  • Weekly review success metrics on individual campaigns 
  • Coordinate weekly coaching meetings with Sales Executives on your team
  • Review cadences for outbound campaigns and pipelines
  • Assist team in gaining greater industry, sales and product knowledge so that we can better serve our customers and prospects
  • Identify and advocate for all for all forms of process and workflow improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist team members in closing sales, conducting demos, and offering product and industry expertise
  • Support the company's quality assurance program including QA Manual, ensuring Team compliance, and making suggestions and recommendations for best practice process improvement
  • Promote and communicate our QA policy across whole of company, clients and prospects ensuring best practice

What You Should Know/Have:

  • Experience in effective management of an outbound sales team 
  • Sound use of data, testing, and results for informed local initiatives
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics required
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles
  • Full cycle sales experience (prospecting, cold-calling, pipeline generation, navigating complex sales and procurement cycles, closing business)
  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts into everyday language
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to enterprise and strategic accounts
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven record of success hitting individual revenue targets
  • Proven record in hitting team revenue targets and developing employees into high performing salespeople

This is a U.S. based remote position; therefore, relocation is not available for this position.
