Enterprise Account Executive Job Description:
The Enterprise Account Executive (AE) is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering solutions that align with client needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts-building trust, identifying opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • History of building and maintaining relationships across large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience or knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong math and analytics skills, particularly around pricing and merchandising.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, managed services, or other complex solutions.

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring strong professional relationships.

Technical Onboarding and Enablement
  • Act as the main daily stakeholder responsible for technical integration setup, testing, execution, monitoring, and on-going support for Enterprise clients.

o Coordinate directly with Engineering and Product stakeholders to effectively onboard new clients to TicketNetwork product solutions.
o Gather requirements and feedback from client(s) for technical integrations.
o Provide recommendations for technical implementation to external clients
  • Responsible for managing clients across multiple TicketNetwork products, including Private Label, Mercury, MMP, Seatics, and Backstage.

o Enterprise Account Executive will be expected to accurately provide guidance and understanding of TicketNetwork API's.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to transition newly signed deals onto the next onboarding phase.
  • Partner with product, operations, and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing insights for improvement.
  • Escalate and resolve client issues in a timely, proactive manner.

Performance & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as retention, revenue, pipeline velocity, and account growth.
  • Prepare updates for leadership on account health and revenue expectations.
  • Schedule and execute monthly business reviews with key clients to build loyalty and identify new opportunities.
