Job Overview:
The Enterprise Account Manager will oversee the growth and management of SellCord's enterprise level client accounts, ensuring that our enterprise level clients receive top-tier support and guidance. You will join a team of Enterprise Account Managers to support clients by tailoring strategies to drive account growth on Walmart.com. This role requires a mix of account strategy and strong client relationship skills.
As an Enterprise Account Manager at SellCord, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing their success on Walmart Marketplace. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure product launches, strategic execution, and consistent client communication. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
