Job description

Techworks Consulting, an award-winning MSP recognized as one of the best places to work on Long Island, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for assigned client accounts.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll bridge business needs and technical delivery, helping clients get maximum value from their IT environments while ensuring alignment with internal service and engineering teams. This is an in-person role based in Ronkonkoma, NY.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts
