Responsibilities & Tasks:




  • Sales & Revenue Growth:




    • Meet or exceed revenue goals through direct and indirect sales efforts. 




    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and help clients optimize their IT operations. 




    • Engage with prospects and existing clients using a consultative sales approach to understand their unique business needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.

    • Utilize CRM tools to maintain account information, track sales funnels, and manage forecasts. 






  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Regularly audit service requests and client projects to maintain consistency, improve the client experience, and foster long-term relationships.
