Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling IT services.
Understand client business objectives and recommend appropriate IT staffing and technology solutions.
Collaborate with recruiters, delivery managers, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Manage the complete account lifecycle, including contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service delivery.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with leadership to develop account growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Track account performance, pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Management, Business Development, or IT Sales.
