About the Role

GBS is looking for an Account Executive to lead new business development in our Managed IT and Infrastructure Services line. You’ll identify and engage organizations in need of smarter, more scalable IT environments from cloud infrastructure and virtualization to security, backups, and managed services.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT ecosystems and the ability to position GBS’s integrated technology approach as a strategic advantage for mid-size and enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the sales process for GBS’s IT services including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and endpoint management
  • Lead generation through all relevant outlets with an emphasis on relationship development
  • Build a steady pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Work with technical engineers, and delivery teams to scope aligned solutions
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-Level Executives, IT Directors, and Ops Leaders
  • Contribute insights to cross-functional sales strategy across other tech disciplines

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years selling IT services or solutions (MSP, cloud, networking, security)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Public & Private Cloud Services, infrastructure planning, and cybersecurity services
  • Experience working with internal IT teams or as part of an MSP
  • Strong consultative selling and client management skills
  • Understanding of how IT integrates with AV and Security systems is a major plus
