We are seeking an experienced National Senior Account Manager with a strong background in IT contract staffing. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and expanding business opportunities across national accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation, enterprise account management, and delivering workforce solutions within the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and expand national and strategic client accounts within IT contract staffing.

  • Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships.

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and account expansion.

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce planning and IT staffing strategies.

  • Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and account growth targets.
